A Little bit of information about the area around the Town of Albion and the park
The town of Albion is a small quiet yet active community. It is only a short drive to Pullman Washington, which is home to the world class, Washington State University. Pullman has all of the amenities you will need from a city and you will be able to be back in the small quiet town of Albion within minutes.
Albion is located in Whitman County in the southeastern part of Washington state. The region experiences warm (but not hot) and dry summers. Mild temperatures, with cool fall breezes. Albion sits at an elevation of 2,247 feet and has a population of about 630 people.
The Albion Mobile Home Park consists of 11 spaces. The park residents vary from families to single individuals. There are no rentals allowed in the park. Residents own their own home. All of the lots will accommodate a longer single-wide and one vacant lot will accommodate a smaller double wide.
Residents receive their mail at the local post office in Albion. Water and sewer services are provided by the Town of Albion and are direct billed to the resident.
The park is owned by an experienced professional mobile home park company and is managed by Starr Cathey, who lives in the town of Albion.
Lot rent is $275 per month. Residents pay for their own trash service. We are a pet-friendly park for pets under 25 lbs and there is a monthly fee for all pets. Application and background fees equal $35.00 per adult applicant.
